These are the Terms and Conditions for Sweet P’s Cookie Treats. Please read them carefully and feel free to print them for your records.

Availability
All bookings are based on availability – my cookie calendar can only hold so much sweetness at once!
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your date. Your order is officially booked once your order details are confirmed and payment is received.
Deposit & Final Payment
You pay, I’ll bake. A 25% deposit is required upfront so that I can make the cutters, source the ingredients, and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too! A paid deposit also means you accept the terms in our Terms & Conditions.
The final payment will be required at time of pick-up. Payment options are Venmo, Cashapp, Cash, or Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens and sometimes plans change and cookies have to wait.
-21+days before pickup: full refund available
-14 days - 20 days before pickup: 75% refund available
-7 days - 13 days before pickup: 25% refund available
Any retained amount may be used toward a future order, depending on calendar availability. Credit is valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.
Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change because unfortunately, ingredients like to change prices whenever they feel like it. Rude, but here we are.
I’m always working to provide the best-tasting cookies with quality ingredients, which means I’m unable to honor old pricing once costs change - because the grocery store won’t honor their old butter prices - darn it.
Quotes are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued.
Pick up Dates & Times
Pick-up times are confirmed once your order is approved and a 25% deposit is received. Since other cookie lovers need their cookie fix too, I offer bulk pick-up windows to help accommodate most schedules – so be sure to mark your cookie pick-up on the calendar!
Change Cutoff
Decisions are hard! But we’re here to help Order changes can be made until 10 days prior to your order pickup date. After that, all change requests will limited and if approved may include a small fee.
Inspiration Photos
I love a good inspo photo! They help guide the design process.
Just keep in mind your cookies may not be exact replicas - after all, they’re handmade, not printed from a cookie photocopier. But I’ll absolutely keep the overall vibe, colors, and theme.
Color Match-ish
I’ll do my very best to match icing colors to your inspiration photos, invitations, or sketched designs as closely as possible.
That said, icing is part art, part science, and part “why does this look different after drying?” - so slight color variations may happen.
Placing an order means you understand and accept that colors may not be an exact match.
Bulk Order?
Custom cookies are tiny edible works of art and unfortunately, don't get faster just because there are more of them.
Because each cookie is hand-decorated, I’m unable to offer bulk discounts. If you’re working with a specific budget, let me know upfront and I’ll do my best to suggest options that still bring the sweet without breaking the bank.
Rush Orders
Need cookies in a hurry? I’ll do my best to help!
Orders placed within 5 days of pickup may incur a rush fee depending on the size and complexity of the order. Think of it as a “drop everything and grab the royal icing” fee.
Communication
To make sure your cookies turn out just right, I’ll need responses to messages within 24 hours.
No reply may mean I have to make some design decisions myself and while I’m pretty good at winging it, teamwork makes the dream work.
Questions for me? Please give me about 24 hours to reply since majority of my day is working directly with the cookies.
Cottage Food Law
Texas Cottage Food Law: This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.
Allergens
Baked goods and allergens tend to be close neighbors – flour, eggs, dairy, nuts, almond extract, and all their little friends may be present in my kitchen.
While I’ll always do my best to accommodate when I can, I can’t guarantee allergy-conscious orders. Please still reach out though – if I’m not the right fit, I may know a baker who is!
In Sickness and in Health
Cookies are sweet, but eating anything comes with a tiny bit of “please use common sense” fine print. Choking hazards, food illness, and allergic reactions are possible – though hopefully very unlikely.
Please keep an eye on small children, sneaky sprinkles, known allergies, and safe food handling.
